RETURNS EXCHANGES

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase date
  • Please place the shoebox inside another box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is not included 
  • All returns/exchanges must have not been worn and accompanied by all original packaging
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of invoice and brief explanation of reason for return
  • All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of customer
REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGE
  • Orders that are refused at the delivery point for any reason, unclaimed, or returned by shipping agency due to an incorrect shipping address (provided by customer) will be subject to a re-delivery charge, if you request the package to be re-delivered. UPS levies a surcharge for refused/undelivered packages. You may request a refund, less the refused/return delivery charge, rather than having the package re-delivered.
